A: The portrait session takes 90 minutes. Prep time for hair and make-up is an additional hour.

Q: Where does the portrait session take place?

A: The portrait session takes place in a private studio in Pasadena, California.

A. Cash, Check, Credit Card and PayPal.

Q. Are your session fees refundable if I miss my appointment?

A. No. However, we know things can happen and you may reschedule the photo session. We also send a 24 hour reminder e-mail or phone call.

Q. How should I prepare for the day of my portrait session?

A. In particular for the ladies, please do NOT try new body or perfume products, get a new haircut or use a new salon for waxing. Situations can arise where your skin becomes allergic to the new lotion, you don't like the new hairstyle, your newly waxed eyebrows are crooked, etc. Men, be open to the possibility of wearing some coverage, i.e., make-up to create even skin tones. Most importantly expect to enjoy yourself and have fun!

Q. What should I bring to wear?

A. Three changes of clothing are allowed but make sure you are comfortable in them and they represent your personality. Please make sure clothes fit properly and are devoid of all wrinkles.

Q: When can I expect to see my photos?

A. A separate viewing session will be scheduled after two weeks from the shoot date.

Q: How many photos can I expect to see at the reveal?

A: Approximately 35-40 individual images from the photo shoot will be shown.

Q: Will all the photos be retouched?

A: All portraits will have basic retouching services provided such as reduction of blemishes and wrinkles, and whitening of eyes and teeth.
